Court of Appeal has reserved judgment in an appeal by Ekezie Ikpeazu against the judgement of a Federal High Court, Abuja, which sacked him as governor of Abia.
Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu had filed an appeal against the Judgment of Justice Okon Abang in the case filed by Uche Ogah at the Appeal Court presided over by Hon. Justice Morenikeji Ogunwumiju where the hearing took place.
The Appeal Court led by Hon. Justice Morenikeji Ogunwumiju where the hearing took place had last week, dismissed the application of Alex Otti, the APGA in the same governorship election of 2015, seeking to be joined in the matter as an interested party.
