Caitlyn Jenner has filed a lawsuit against several paparazzi after claiming their alleged stalking led her to crash her car, resulting in a woman's death in February 2015.
The former Olympian - who was still known as Bruce Jenner at the time is accusing the photographers — collectively referred to as "the Stalker Defendants" — of "harassing [her] throughout the day up through the time of the accident."
According to court documents obtained by E! News, Jenner claims that a group of photographers were stalking her the morning of the incident and followed her as she drove along Pacific Coast Highway .
