Gov. Wike Caught Making Arrangements With INEC Officials To Rig Rivers Rerun Election

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State was recorded on the telephone asking officials INEC to rig the election for his candidates in the recently concluded Rivers legislative rerun elections.
