Detained Ugandan Activist Remains 'In High Spirits'

A lawyer for Ugandan activist Stella Nyanzi has told Newsday that she remains in HIGH SPIRITS despite concerns about her health, as she waits in prison for her trial.

The university lecturer is accused of insulting the president in sexually explicit terms and criticising his wife.

Ms Nyanzi's lawyer Nicholas Opiyo spoke to Newsday's Alan Kasujja where she disclosed Stella Nyanzi is doing ‘great’.
