FAAN Headquarters In Lagos Gutted By Fire, Documents Completely Destroyed (Photos)

The headquarters of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria at the Murtala Mohammed Airport, Lagos this morning was engulfed by fire. Offices affected by the fire includes the Audit, Communications and Engineering Departments.

It is believed the fire started around 7a.m.and was caused by an electrical fault. There were no casualties, but files and other equipment belonging to the authority  were completely destroyed. The remains of the building right after the cut.
