Kwara Local Government To Begin Registration Of Foreign Herdsmen

Mallam Musa Buge, the Chairman of the Transitional Implementation Committee (TIC) for Baruten Local Government Council of Kwara, on Tuesday said it would henceforth register foreign herdsmen moving into the council area.

Buge told the Newsmen in Kosubosu, headquarters of the council area, that the measure was to ascertain the identity of the herdsmen moving in as well as put in place proper security measures to avert clashes with farmers.
