Rivers State’s FRSC Commander Cuts Hair Of Female Staff With Scissors (photos)

In a very bizarre development,  the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps in Rivers, Andrew Kumapayi, allegedly used scissors on the hair of some of the female staff of the agency, while carrying out a general inspection on staff of the FRSC headquarters in Port Harcourt.

Eye witnesses say his actions were to instill discipline in female staff of the Federal agency.

He also inspected uniforms and finger nails, as well as the hairdo of FRSC personnel.

The Commander ensured that the female officers whose hair styles ran foul of the requirements, got an on-the-spot haircut.

The last time I heard something of this sort was in secondary school. Sigh.
