Justice Mohammed Idris of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos has ordered the Department of State Service to release the Chairman of Capital Oil and Gas Limited, Mr Ifeanyi Ubah.
The judge ordered the DSS to release Mr Ubah unconditionally within 48 hours.
