Legendary singer Celine Dion arrived at the Bill Board music awards in a beautiful white dress with exaggerated sleeves by Stephane Rolland Haute Couture and she turned heads. 

 While many including me thought she looked amazing, others thought the 49 year old looked remiscent of the Iceberg that sang the Titanic…lol.
