The 47-year-old talent glowed as she stepped from her ride donning a cream knit over a simple jeans and tee shirt look and headed to an appointment at her beloved dermatologist Dr Harold Lancer's office.

A-Rod's eldest daughter Natasha was dressed to match the Bronx beauty, sporting jean shorts, a white tee, and her own pair of Gucci sneakers.
