James Ibori, a former Governor of Delta State who was this year released from a UK prison after serving his sentence, this morning joined Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike to visit Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa at the Government house.
Ibori also served as Delta State Governor from 1999 -2007
