Ladoja Denies He Was Rushed To UCH

Former Oyo State Governor, Rashidi Ladoja has denied the reports that he collapsed at home on Friday and was rushed to the University College Hospital, Ibadan.

Speaking through his media aide, Lanre Latinwo, said, “The report is not true and we have contacted the peddler of the rumour. Ladoja was having a political meeting at home when the report was seen online. He is healthy and carrying out his political activities at this time with vigour.

“He did not collapse and he was not rushed to any hospital. He travelled to Abeokuta and Osun on Thursday and returned in good health. We dismiss the rumour.”

An online news medium had reported the former Governor collapsed and was rushed to the college hospital.
