Man Caught Stealing Female Pants In Edo State Stripped, Handed Over To Police [Photos]

A man has been caught stealing female pants in Edo State. He was caught when some residents saw him in the act, alerted other neighbours and he was nabbed with the pants. He was stripped, walked around then handed over to the police.
