Remember Ex-Homeless Drug Addict Who Was Rescued By His Former Classmate? He Is Dead

A former homeless drug addict, Patrick Hinga who was rescued from the streets by his former classmate in 2017 is dead.
His rescuer, Wanja Mwaura who has been in charge of taking care of him, broke the news yesterday evening.

“With deep sorrow I want to inform you that Hinga has rested. He passed on this morning. I don't have the strength to say much right now. R.I.P my friend,” Wanja wrote on social media.

Wanja, a nurse, grabbed media attention for her selflessness in 2017 after appealing for help to get Hinga off drugs. So sad!
