13-year-old boy accused of killing his babysitter

A 13-year-old Louisiana boy is accused of stabbing his babysitter to death.

The Advocate reports Hammond police announced Monday that the boy is believed to have stabbed 30-year-old Ceirra Miller in her neck and head late Sunday.

The child was arrested at his Albany home. It's unclear what charges, if any, have been filed against him. He's being held at the Florida Parishes Juvenile Detention Center.

Authorities have not released more details about the child, including his identity. SO SAD.
