And soon after, Kim Kardashian stepped out in an eye catching look for lunch at Emilil's Trattoria in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Encino with her sister Khloe Kardashian.

The siblings were filming scenes for their hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The 38-year-old reality star opted to go braless in a skintight taupe bodysuit, adding second skin bottoms that accentuated her hourglass curves.

The gorgeous mother of four donned the neutral colored one-piece - which had a halter-type neckline and molded perfectly to her form.

Kim, who chose to forgo a bra, highlighted her ample chest in the bodysuit for a racy afternoon ensemble.
