A mentally challenged woman has given birth in the busy in Kastina State. As seen in one of the photos, she was helped by good Samaritans. In the other photo she was seen backing the children with one wrapper – both tied at her back at the same time. Hopefully orphanage homes and Kastina government will quickly stand up and help before something bad happens. //
