Dem Franchize Boyz rapper Gerald 'Buddie' Tiller dies of cancer

Dem Franchize Boyz rapper Gerald 'Buddie' Tiller has died after battling cancer. The rapper's death was first confirmed by record producer Jermaine Dupri, 46, who signed the group to his So So Def record label in 2005.

 While little is known about the rapper's death, Dupri's Instagram post and tributes from other rappers indicate he died from an unknown form of cancer.
