Legendary singer Sade Adu's transgender son, Izaak Theo has undergone an organ change. Izaak who was born a female but prefers the life of a man revealed this on his instagram page. He posted a shirtless photo and revealed his new organ.

Sharing the photo, he captioned it;

Many of his followers, however praised him, with some saying the pen!s looks amazing on him.
