Buhari returns from Japan after TICAD7 participation

President Muhammadu Buhari has returned to Abuja after attending the Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD 7) in Yokohama, Japan despite IPOB claiming he was never in the country as they never sighted him.
