Tonto Dikeh also pays tribute to her late mom

Tonto Dikeh has taken to instagram this morning to pay tribute to her mom on her 30th death anniversary. The actress had lost her mom on the 9th of September, 1989. Paying her a glowing tribute, she wrote;
