10% Of COVID-19 Cases Below Age Of 19 - FG Calls For Caution As Schools ReopenLagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has on Friday evening directed that all public and private schools in the state must shut down immediately until further notice.

According to the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on New Media, Gawat Jubril, in a statement on Friday evening, this forms part of the state’s preparation for a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Governor also directed all public servants from Grade Level 14 and below, except emergency workers and first responders, to work from home for the next two weeks, with effect from Monday, December 21, in the first instance.

Governor Sanwo-Olu in the statement noted that a lot can be achieved simply by adhering to safety rules.

Lagos Governor then warned all residents on the importance of maintaining the guidelines that have been put in place to protect everyone from COVID-19.
