Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti has celebrated his daughter as she turned 7 today, Monday December 14.
Seun and his wife, Yetunde George Ademiluyi welcomed their girl on December 16, 2013 and named her Ifafunmike Adara Anikulapo-kuti.
The 37-year-old singer shared a photo he took with his daughter Adara on his Instagram page, expressing how much she means to him.
The singer wrote;
Happy 7th birthday Adara Anikulapo Kuti! Since I met you, you have brought me plenty of joy and understanding. You have made me brave, given me focus and the drive to embrace my calling.
I am happy to have you in my life, like a compass and also my validation. You make me proud little empress. Welcome to the age of 7.

Yetunde, who is a chef, also celebrated her daughter’s new age, saying;
Seven years today you came into our life.
Watching you grow has been nothing but joy and happiness. I will forever love you my darling daughter. Have an amazing 7.
