Veteran Nollywood actor, Olu Jacobs has won Life Time Achievement Award at 2021 Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) Awards.
He was presented with the award at Africa International Film Festival Globe Awards which held on Saturday night, November 13.
His wife, Ajoke Silva shared the good news on Instagram with a photo of her husband holding the award plaque.
She wrote in her caption: “Lifetime achievement award winner ,sir Olu Jacobs @_olujacobs , curtesy @afriff”.

Olu Jacobs attended the award ceremony with Joke Silva, and one of his sons amid death rumours. Last month, the news made rounds on the internet that the veteran actor was dead. However, in an exclusive chat with The PUNCH, Joke Silva said her husband was hale and hearty.
Also, iconic thespian, Richard Mofe-Damijo took to his verified Instagram account to congratulate his senior colleague whom he fondly refers to as Uncle J.
Sharing a picture of the veteran actor, RMD as he is often referred to wrote;
