And she says that it was wife Kris who booked the surgery appointment for her.
Caitlyn, who was then Bruce, openly detailed her life-long battle with gender issues in her book, The Secrets Of My Life.
She's said before that she'd begun the process of transitioning before she met Kris in 1990, and changed her mind after falling in love. But now, she's said that it wasn't until she welcomed her first daughter with Kris, Kendall, in 1995, that she had her breasts removed.
And saying that Kris booked the op contradicts what the momager has said in the past that she didn't know about the extent of her husband's gender issues.
After Caitlyn, 68, said in an interview that she used to cross-dress before becoming a woman, and that Kris knew about it, she denied it.
Kris said: "I didn't know. I had no idea about the extent of his gender issues."
Now, Caitlyn tells Broadly : "Kris and I got married and I kind of hid it the best that I could."
She added: "When Kendall was born, I had liposuction and got rid of [my breasts].
"Because I thought, I can’t even go swimming with my kid."
The subject of whether or not Kris knew Bruce was transgender caused a huge rift between the pair.
Caitlyn, rumoured to be engaged to Sophia Hutchins, 21 , has said that it's been months since she spoke to stepdaughters Kim and Khloe Kardashian, and it's been even longer for Kris.
Some of the things Caitlyn said about Kris in her Vanity Fair interview, when she introduced the world to Caitlyn with a cover shoot in 2015, left her upset, but it was what Kris didn't say that spoke volumes.
Every member of the klan tweeted about the ground-breaking cover and revealed how happy and proud they were – apart from Kris.
Caitlyn herself tweeted afterwards wrote: "Reading the VF article reminded me of the love & good times Kris & I shared for so many years. Wouldn’t trade that time for anything!"
Again Kris said nothing.
