Edo speaker Frank Okiye tests positive for COVID-19

Speaker of the Edo state House of Assembly, Frank Okiye, has tested positive to Coronavirus.

This was confirmed by the Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu, on Wednesday while briefing journalists.
