Lagos state police begin enforcement of large gathering ban

In fact, the state Governor has now put it at 20. The Police in Lagos has begun enforcement of ban of more than 50 people at social gatherings like parties, ceremonies, clubs etc.

The police made this known via their twitter handle, warning people to be guided. Ofcus, where the ban is not observed and men of the force restricted, arrests will take effect!

''The enforcement of ban on social gatherings like clubs, parties, ceremonies and religious gatherings of more than 50 has begun in order to curb the spread of the Corona Virus. Lets be guided pls,'' Lagos State Police Command II (@rrslagos767) tweeted.
