Total coronavirus infection toll in Nigeria has exceeded 69,000 as Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 318 new cases, 124 recoveries and no fresh deaths.
The announcement was made via the agency’s official twitter handle on Saturday, November 5, with the breakdown of cases as follows; Lagos-104, Kaduna -59, FCT-50, Rivers-17, Ogun-16, Kano-14, Nasarawa-14, Akwa Ibom-10, Katsina-10, Edo-7, Oyo-5, Sokoto-5, Plateau-4 and Taraba-3.

It would be recalled that on Saturday, the country recorded 68,937 coronavirus cases, 64,650 discharged and 1,180 deaths.
With the newly recorded toll, there are now 69,255 total cases, 64,774 discharged and 1,180 fatalities across the country.
