At the resumed hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday, there was a small amount of drama between Labour Party.
Just then, the courtroom’s doors were opening to allow solicitors and others admission.

The conflict centred on which of the two Labour Party (LP) factions should appear in court.
The justices arrived to start the day’s proceedings and declined to acknowledge the party’s representation, with the exception of Peter Obi, the party’s presidential candidate, who was present in court.
When the petition was summoned, the acting national chairman of the party, Lamidi Apapa, and the national women’s leader of the party, Dudu Manugu, attempted to appear on behalf of the Labour Party. However, the Tribunal rejected their requests.
Justice Haruna Tsamani stated that if two people are appearing for the party, their appearance would not be recorded.
